Who
We Are
NISA
is a easy-going, yet competitive group of IPSC shooters in northeastern
Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin.
Members range in ability from D to A class shooters and compete in all five
divisions of USPSA competition. We host a match once a month at Schultz's Rod & Gun Club.
NISA owns almost
every conceivable type of target available, so there is always
something new. Also, we have a talented group of stage designers that
create fun and challenging stages, typically offering multiple shooting
solutions to test the skills of every competitor.
NISA, like all of
the United States Practical Shooting Association, is a volunteer organization.
From the course designers, to the builders, to the range officers, to
the stats officer, we are all helping to make NISA a successful club
and to promote the shooting sports.
New Shooters
If
you are a new shooter, and want to experience the excitement of USPSA
shooting, your first match fee will be paid for by NISA. That’s right,
your first match is FREE !!
Junior
Shooter Program
NISA
is looking to sponsor an individual under the age of 18 who is willing
to learn more about pistol shooting and USPSA. This selected individual
will learn proper gun handling, safety and shooting techniques, along
with the responsibilities of club organization and management.
The
shooter will receive free range fees, shooting supplies and free
lessons in exchange for assistance with match set up and tear down. If
you know of an individual of good character with a willingness to both
work and learn, please contact us at uspsainfo@yahoo.com
